Need to rent a mountain bike?

 

The Kitimat Visitor Centre has two adult, unisex Norco Fluid 4 HT mid-fat mountain bikes you can rent for the day. You must sign a waiver, provide photo ID and credit card details. First come, first served. Helmets are mandatory; adjustable helmets available on loan.

Haisla Hill Trail System

In conjunction with land-owners and the Haisla Nation Council, the Mount Elizabeth Cycling Association developed the Haisla Hill Trail System. This trail network has several downhill tracks which vary in difficulty level, and are welcoming for riders of all ages and skills levels. All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)

 

The Kitimat region and its vast landscapes, epic scenery, tight trails and water crossings are perfect for adventurous types that love that off-road lifestyle, and it’s no surprise there’s a strong side-by-side (SxS) and quad culture in Kitimat, including community groups and clubs.

 

Kitimat’s many trails range from beginner to advanced. Remember to ride responsibly and wear approved safety helmets at all times.
